Great map. Having fun building on it.
Many thanks
Lindsay
Agreed on the mods to tweak vanilla settings, I use about 20 efficiency type mods.
I'll have to try what u suggested, I think there's a mod to turn on milestones, may give that a shot.
If you're going to start again, I would recommend to try to play the city as if you had to do the regular building progression milestones. Start with low residential & build to around 10,000 population & then add high residential / commercial. I didn't start building the downtown office core until well over 75,000 population. To build the entire city, it will take quite some time, you can see in my pictures, I still have lots of free space left, but I've completely built the industrial park & used all the Industrial DLC factories.
This will probably be the last city for awhile, but have been posting some road grids I've had on the back burner.
If you're taking suggestions on future maps 🙂 I'd like to see a similar style map with a bike network throughout and a monorail system.
Having the walking paths and stairways help IMMENSELY with traffic, and the transit system u build is always top notch!

What would be really cool is if there was a way for users to post a picture of there cities using these save games/maps. It would really neat to see how everyone plays these differently, I’m not sure how that could work without posting your city & sharing the save URL.
