Finally fixed the window transparency issue, also updated all textures/materials. I have no idea why the bridge seats are black, when I copy the files from the workshop folder into addons it works perfectly, so it's some kind of weird Steam/SE bug.

whatever issue V1.01 might of fixed, it caused another one, the cockpit windows lost transparency.
