@Rizzy If you know how to set a dependent mod, you can add Red Flood and then it should prioritize without having to add it.

I got it to work. I had to actually move the files into the folder that Red Flood is in.

Issue: I do not think this works with Red Flood. A shame...

@Rizzy If it's not showing to the right of your military command button, then it's not active. It's a custom GUI, so it'll appear over everything else.

Is there a quick button or hotkey to activate it? I cannot see the button to press it, and am unsure if it is active or not.

I dont even have the together for victory DLC and it still works lol i reccomend removing the needed DLC's to function since everything already works without it

Restart PC, let Steam redownload the file

This is the list of your subscribed mods to HOI4. Deleting this forces steam to fully redownload ALL your mods, but it fixes every problem with Steam not downloading workshop files. This may fix your issue.

Something is really weird about this mod not working for me, I disabled all mods except this one and it's still refusing to work.

Nope, no mods that are adding icons, except for tool pack updated 2021 but it's icon is different from one there and is in other place.

@Alberto Mod works for me aswell, are you using any mods that might conflict? maybe putting something there that's overlapping it?

I deleted those files and validated after this, still no result, doesn't work and idk why.

@Alberto It's to the right of the Logistics or Military button. I have no idea how this can be conflicting, as the button will always be there, not entirely real incompatibility except overlapping buttons. If your UI is broken, you'll need to delete your GFX and Interface folders in your HOI4 main folder in steam, then validate files. However, this shouldn't effect Improved GUI. Did you activate the mod? Did you choose the mod playset that you put it in before launching?
