i might put on the new chaff system i just descoverd. to atleast throw off missile and MG turrets for some period of time. i also made a new form of spaced armor that works pretty well... if you dont mind ur ship to look a bit... bulky or chunky. just a little
as for the AMS, it's a bunch of exterior interior turrets set to target meteors and missiles, freeing up the gatlings to do better jobs
i can do alot more upgrades to future project ships that are finished. think of them as final touches... not much removing of blocks.
i have more upgrade tips aswell. BUT i think another "one of me" building would get in the way of the construction of planned ships or projects. good luck though.

the armor was mostly light armor. so i threw on some walkways as "spaced armor" for added protection.
built in a 3-distance I.D. system. "*blank*" - if far enough away, unable to know what the ship is. then a meak I.D. such as "Large Ship" -when the ship is able to be seen from afar. then "*example name for the ship i.e. Weskier class cargo ship*" -when within a range to actually see what the ship is.
i was even thinking of putting on some consealable weapons but relized the ship was too small for that and would have to mess up some of the internals to do it.... so i went down to my Base location and built a Silo that can conseal a Rocket Turret with the help of my friend.

The angled walls, ceilings, and lighting all give it a great sci-fi feel to it. Makes the current ship im working on feel like a hospital O_o
