checking if the currently equipped tool is the obliterator does prevent this issue but it's not an optimal solution

ok i have discovered that while my solution is *better* than the current method, you can still get landfill from a shovel by upgrading to a higher tier shovel so it has a bigger range then shoveling in a place so that the area shoveled includes water tiles. currently looking for a solution for this issue

Not sure if the mod dev still keeps an eye on the comments but i'd like to let you know i've found a way to fix the issue where digging with a shovel will give landfill. so only breaking landfill will give you landfill.

you just check if (WaterCollision(x, y))

So... If I understand correctly you can get the "Landfill" item to use to turn sea into ground. Am I right?

to remove the land you need the "destroyer" tool
