It's a disclaimer, it's a way to say "I don't want you to just copy/paste my work", if you don't intend to or know a thing about this, just ignore this and enjoy the rest !

Some people got actual DMCA claim for copying and backdooring my work, which, in term got banned, just to tell you I take this very seriously and will try to give something to everyone who report a copy of my addons.

Of course, most of them are port made from another modders, I saw a lot of NKD protogens, on of them is just my work posted with permission on an another account.

Just, if you want to modify it and want actual assurance of not getting DMCA'd, ask me, and I'll do da job for ya.
