You can't give this one. It comes at you and you can't do anything if you hit disconnect the game it crashes completely. BE CAREFUL!

Guys, there is a way to remove him without admin weapons. Use SCP-2521, with Xural_Base. He will immediately disappear.

@sorridi It's not a glitch, it's part of the addon. You're not supposed to be able to kill this NPC with just cleanup or trying to kill it with regular means. I can easily kill this NPC using the QTG Admin gun, but anything else will not work.
