Sadly still needed, Broken mod at least from "Sunset" update. Causes issues with how utilities are rendered in the selection screen. Eg all utilities are on the electrictal tab instead of on the water and wiring tabs, but the latter two are still needed to show placed utilities

Is this still needed? I did not play this game for a long time.

This is probably a long shot but if you could also fix spawnable soldiers in this game that would be great!

So you can house multiple inmates in a single cell with this mod? And the inmates still function normally?
