that is why you actually can raid own friendly culture no problem
i had to find iirc sole link controllable to provinces - the player location
that means - you need to provide a needed target, by becoming a general of army and going to the province to be genocided - then it checks your position and passes it to event; without target event is kinda useless you could say (but you can pillage even own provinces too, default would be your own capital then)
AND it takes your culture iirc, that is if you're polish, you produce polish culture, or convert with other decisions to it
or do you mean poles can't fight their entire culture group? that shouldn't happen, might check the new patches soon if they broke anything, which is hardly possible; though cultures may have common roots and descent, that didn't seem to intervene
maybe you can only choose specifically on vassals OR "get claim" action may have choice of title to claim
my mod maybe always has special CB to take any title - and you can win anything instantly using quick imprison actino, it bypasses everything but the target being in jail already

@Xherdos i added an option to clean all traits from someone now, also will probably add new menus in other options event, with global mod stuff purge
the army is indeed inheritable, dunno if its removable - you can defeat it, it doesn't replenish, so its supposed to be worn down soon enough
If not please add one.

there maybe are some console tools to sort of see - how offspring of someone would look, but it's quite clumsy, this is a simpler variant i guess
so yeah, 100% normal, except with like 2+ kids you won't choose a name for everyone at once

* also - if you think this is purely event - no, it is fired from interaction - and it can work on anyone, however far from you, no limits enforced (just to work has to be a woman not older than 45 i guess)
oh also, the point of choice is to either make rare numbers or force everything instantly - but you don't have to (except for lovers maybe?)
i raised the limit of children (in defines), so with simply high fertility (there could be a line for that too) - you won't hit the hard limit of children
with decisions or the OP trait provided - you can also "normally" have mass seduction or ~instant lover schemes (actually - THIS is the default impregnate action, it could be reused on spouse, but then you can't make her a soulmate forever, or even lover)
so for minimalism - you can turn on decisions, start normal seduction (not romance) and spam the rush schemes decision
