It would be cool to have a feature to retire a leader, but not delete them from the game, so you could recall them again later on if you need them.

This mod seems to crash the game if I dismiss too many leaders at once (10 ish) or in total but slower (50 ish) other mods are not causing this, I tested this with no mods installed besides this one and it was always crashing for me.

I have a mod idea, how about an event to execute the country leader you just capitulated.
Sometimes I have a deep hatred towards some minor nation out of nowhere started invading me while im busy with larger front knowing full well they didnt stand a chance against me

BUG report: with nsb dlc, some countries which have recruit unit leader but the prop of the visiable is not available can also see the leader in dismiss tab, such as communist of China's Gerenal,CHI_alexander_von_falkenhausen

Question, do you get any army xp from this? Like if you got like 1-5 army xp it would be pretty nice in my opinion but I don't know how hard this would be with programing,

It seems that in OWB, it can't delete leaders obtained via the "mesmerise x nation" focuses which gives you defeated enemies' leaders, some as "exiled leaders" . Generals gotten that way probably have a flag or something that confuses this mod. It works fine deleting generals that i recruited myself.

Doesn't seem to work in Old World Blues unless I'm doing something wrong. Clicking delete next to the general removes them from the mod's delete list, but when I close that, the leader is still in the country's leader pool. To be fair, it's probably an issue with OWB, not this mod, but I thought it was worth sharing.

Could I suggest a similar mod that adds a very small chance of generals having a chance to actually be killed if leading an army in an area where planes are attacking infrastructure instead of just wounded? This is historically what happened to a number of leaders and would force you to actually use some of those crappy generals occasionally.
