I've made a Soviet, check my WWII skins pack. He was used as a base for the WW2 Collection Soviet multiskin as well.

Yeah, I'd like to do some. Though the next skins planned for the WW2C are going to be resistance units, such as the Polish partisans, French resistance, Filipinos, etc.
