报告翻译问题
I haven't been playing Hoi4 recently, so I haven't updated my mods for a bit, IDK if any of the recent updates have broken the mod or not, but if so, I'll fix it whenever I get into a HoI4 kick again. As for RT56, I remember playing RT56 with this before, so it should, but its probably been at least a year or two since since i last played with the two, so IDK if it works with modern RT56.

I didnt touch the AI with this mod, so the AI should use the same logic for building in allies as Vanilla HoI4, but since the AI doesn't really build in your country in vanilla (at least from what I can remember) I wouldn't expect them to do so with this mod. The intention was more for multiplayer, or to allow you in singleplayer to build things in allies when the AI is being dumb. I didn't really focus at all on the AI building in you, so I never tested it.
