That's true, I just mentioned Navmesh optimizer as a mod cause it also allows nav's to be generated via a console command and their enhanced and better then the typical nav_generate command. I recommend it.

It's a Nodegraph, nextbots won't work on it. You can generate a nav_mesh for nextbots with nav_generate, and then nav_save when it's done, or find one on the workshop because I remember someone else made a nav_mesh at some point.

ZINV can't spawn next bots mind you it can spawn VJ based npcs via the nodes tho, think even Alien VJ based npcs exist. Or one could manually place Nextbot aliens around the map but have a nav mesh generated. Then you use ZINV enhanced to spawn for example humans automatically via the nodes or other creatures like yaujta predators etc or even zombies.

Ouuu just discovered this and the map. This will be excellent with ZINV allowing automatic spawning of npcs. Navmesh optimizer allows automatic navmesh to be generated via a console command for next bots such as the various alien next bot packs based on drgbase.

So whenever a ai node comes out for a great map like this it's a must have as realism npc battles and survival horror experiences and making videos is a niche for me that I mainly use gmod for.

Could definitely make a great alien video out of this map. Reminds me of the Alien Sevastapol map. (pardon the spelling).

I get that, it does say in this one it took almost 5 hours, so that does sound like a pain.
