1.MOD animals are not eligible.
2.There is no need to recapture.ust subscribe to the mod and it will work on your existing pets.

This mod does not modify your save data, so you can try it out anyway and delete it if you don't like the modifications.

Does this work for modded animals like Grievewraith? And do I need to tame a new animal for it to work?

Spider and Leviathan recruitment was an exploit in the past builds, and yes, someone recorded hauling in an unconscious leviathan, caged it, tamed it, and deployed in an obviously one-sided fight.
