Greetings Erin, creator of many mods.

What are you thoughts on making this body retexture compatible with your other race/xenotype mods (not referring to Anthrosonae since those already have a patch). I think it would be really cool.

First of all, thanks for answering. - I know the issue is a bit strange and shouldn't be there to begin with :/
I honestly don't get either. As you said, Load order SHOULD fix that.
It also didn't happen with the body mod I used previously, which is why I even said something to begin with.

What surprised me most though, is that it's specifically female thin. It doesn't happen to male thin, meaning that, for some reason, your female thin gets priority from the game.

My first suspect was actually body boss, but that one turned out to be a red herring.

I solved the issue differently now though. Since I have the thin body type turned off for humans anyhow, I now deleted the female thin textures out the folder, which also solved the issue.
I think I'll survive Genies(I'm not using them anyhow) using the vanilla one as long as the other three still work.

Maybe it's an issue is actually with HAR instead, given that it only happens with HAR races.

- well, no. There's very little chance of it being this mod. It's a texture replacement, the nature of which purely relies on load order. The only other way is the mod I have compatibility for which is the one that adds female variants of the more male leaning body types. I cant remember the name right now. Even then, that shouldn't affect anything as this mod is JUST a retexture, and nothing else. There's not even any xml. There's no way it could replace textures unless loaded after a mod using them. That's how load order works.

I really like the mod, but I actually have problems with several HAR races, specifically the ones using Female thin for females(Dragonians for example had that problem a while back). (100% positive it is this mod, since removing it fixed it)

For some reason, this mod overwrites those textures, even if you put the other mods last.

Oh, ok! No problem :D I thought hulk clothes would look the same with either. I haven't gotten a female hulk pawn yet since I started using this mod but I'm really enjoying it overall. I know for sure when they're naked now, and not just wearing a skin tone shirt lol

Hi, I really like this mod and it's the only body retexture I've been at all drawn to.:D I did want to ask tho, is there any possibility of an optional different female hulk that's basically the male hulk but with the curved upper chest of the female hulk? So basically no curved-in waist. I'm using this either way, I just really like your male hulk texture's shape for both and wondered if you'd be open to having an alt like that for the female hulk added some day (similar to your abs vs no abs options for them all). Thanks for making this, either way!

- This mod is strictly a retexture, that's something the ratkin mod is doing.

Has anyone experienced when using the ratkin mod that their bodies appear blue? I assume its a problem on the ratkin modders side but I was wondering if there's a way to fix that

- It needs to be loaded last in the mod load order. You probably have something else overwriting it.

thin female's don't seem to work, I can't find if they've renamed the name for the female model, looks like it might be a bug as male and female both seem to use Naked_Thin [south/east etc]

- Legit just tend to use HD Pawns or whatever it's called by Neronix. Load this mod after that and you'll get the HD heads plus my bodies.

@Erin Yeah, i think you hit the sweeet spot. Say, I havent been able to find HD face mods that really look vanilla, are there any you woukd recommend?

- Yeah I did still want some sort of "hint" of legs there, as I personally prefer it, but didn't want to go as far as some retextures do.

Oh I love it! Shirtless pawns don't look like they took off their pants too, like with other retextures i've tried. They do look like they're sagging their pants pretty low, but that's much less jarring ^_^

Nevermind I was able to find the alt texture by opening up the file location directly from Rimpy.

it is shockingly hard to find a retexture mod that isn't just unrealistic nudity, this is a nice change to the usual body mods

I love your mods and this one (as well as most of your others) have a permanent spot in my mod list. I was also extremely happy to find out that you had different texture files included that pair perfectly with femalebody variants! Thank you for your wonderful work!

I don't know why but I am not getting any of the body texture's I.E the hulk body type for my wolfman/lycan colonist from the vre Lycanthrope mod?

@cerhio I had the same issue, even after swapping the files around. And while I haven't figured out which mod is overwriting this one, I did figure out a solution.

If you go to the textures folder, you can just replace the default female bodies with the buff version. Drag the buff one's out of the folder, rename each one ( i.e Rename "Naked_Female_Abs_south" to "Naked_Female_south") and then delete the original non-buff textures.

The instructions are exactly what you've already done. If it's not working, then something later in the mod list is overwriting it.

Sorry, I mean the buff female texture doesn't work. I've moved the file and reinstalled multiple times and it just doesn't work. Are there instructions somewhere?

I don't know how that mod works. Check that mod page, this is simply a retexture.

Hi Erin, I can't seem to get the female body variants working. I've installed FemaleBodyVariants and don't have any options to select a different body type in the Character Editor.

Erin, can you confirm/clarify—there are hulk/thin/fat female variants that will load with Female Body Variants, or no? thank you so much for this mod, it's been my favourite for years ♥♥♥

Idk why but the body and head skin colour mismatch slightly.

Those textures are designed to work only when that mod is enabled. Adding it as a dependency isn't needed. It's optional.
