It has been forever since I have done anything garrys mod related, but if I remember correctly, its suppose to use the amount of grenades you have on yourself and an ammo source.

If you are, then you'll have to unpack the mod and remove fla_clo.wav.

why is only exploding on me? when i throw it, nothing happens but then after 3 seconds the explosion happens but on my character instead of where i threw the grenade

when the flash happens it disables the npcs thinking so that they dont move and in turn cant see.
