I've never thought about it but probably not, the default bridges/stairs are tall enough and making this bridge, but taller, would look weird.

Yes, they can use it like a normal bridge. It's shown in the screenshots.

Great. Now we interconnectable street bridges as see then nearly on each highway. Better street tunnels and multilane bridges.

- I think they didn't like it because the bridge smelled bad (lowlifes were taking a leak under it) and maybe it took too much time to pass over it.

- Covered version? Could you send me a photo for inspiration? But to be honest, I doubt I would do it. I only make models when I'm in a mood for a particular model. I've was thinking about this for about three months already.

- Yes, I was thinking about the separated "ramps" to be connected. It has too much complications, there would be a need for some design "unification" and I think this bridge is lower than the original bridges need to be.
I admit, I don't feel like facing these extra efforts. If any other modder wants to do that, they, obviously, can.

A good mod, but it could be greatly simplified by making the stairs separately one part, and the connection will be like a transition (from the game).
In this case, there will be no fixed transition length, and it can be built at different distances.

we have a few like that in Lille (northern France) crossing over a canal. they make more sense, whereas the original one seems to take up a lot of space in order to try and do what a pedestrian crossing is already doing just fine... I see why it was unpopular!

I hope it doesn't jinx the mod though, this could be really useful!

I wonder why it was unpopular never saw prefab bridge without stairs before.
