can you impliment the npc feature to your dungeon2 map?

I went for the spawn wooden doors button, toggled ambiance, but when I hit the toggle light button, it displayed red text saying "Something Happened..." and was playing creepy ambiance instead of the regular ambiance, is that a easter egg or is my gmod haunted?
