The closest thing we'll get to a normal top hat if this gets added to be completely honest. Can't be too mad though.

It's another all class tophat with one thing different. Heck, I would argue that I would just want the scarf and pipe by themselves. Also, it really doesn't need to be "all class".

Real nice n cosy hat combo, would be nice to have a no-scarf style so it works with winter coats/shirts too though

Awesome, thanks for making it all class. Is there support for Genteel Smoke effect? (I'm mostly sure creators have to put the attachment at the end of the pipe)

Although, at the end of the day, it's up to Valve to add the smoke effect on the Schema.

It's very nice, but it goes without saying, there should be a 2nd style that paints the hat itself
