Like BONK just said im just adding to it. I think it should be like a TV stuck on the pyro's head (like it fell on him or something) rather than having his head turned into the TV. This would be cool because then you could paint the screen or something. Whatever thats just my idea

I would only advise to put a (televised) image of the pyro on the screen. One could get confused on what this TV is doing in front of them for a split second before they could react to the pyro, and that could a be a split second too late. Also, what does this do on the head hitbox? I don't need any more headshot deaths then I already do.

I think there should be static on the screen with the Pyro's head flashing in the background, sort of like when you get caught in Slender.

It's a funny little misc, but I think the issue is that the Pyro's head isn't clearly visible. Other items, such as the Last Breath, still keep in the Pyro's form while making a nice item. This simply makes it harder to easily see where the head is. Maybe you can have the screen broken with the Pyro's head popping out, and the surroundings a bit damaged to help this.

Try making it a it shorter on the sides - decrease the space between the screen and the buttons, for example - and make it a bit deeper backwards, so it looks more like a cube-like TV than a thin, wide TV screen. That should make it somewhat easier for Snipers to calculate the actual head hitbox; on the current form, it really screws up a sniper's aim for headshots.
