Also you might wanna have the teams face each other once in the national cup, maybe inculde home/away game in the later stages. Kind of boring facing a lousy team twice if you win by 6-7 goals, since there are a few strong teams in the country and much more bad smaller team.

Consider changing salaries and transfer value (beyond a certian ability/potential the playes won't demand a higher salary nor could you sell them for max than what the nations transfer value is. think that max value in Bosnia is 1.4m Euro).

Seasonal awards for team of the year, young player, goalie/goalscorer etc.

I've played a few seasons with your setup and I'm not sure but it seems that you allow a wide variety of pitch lenghts, thing that the standard is 105/68 or something. Maybe want to enforce some limitations because the CPU tends to alternate pitch lenght after the team builds a new stadium.
