oh, well they do work so yeah, you must have some conflicting addons and I can't help you with that but one thing you could do is make a preset then disable all your addons except this one and test, but I think you have some conflicting addons

I changed every audio, every textures and the thumbnail of the addon, the models are the same but the eyes are not present anymore.

all ya need to do is remove the eyes and change the design of the top part and your done. also you might need to make the invincibility star a 4 point star and make it have no eyes. just a bit different but different enough also you will nee to change the name of the addon

that's not normal, it's on you only because the textures are there, try to reinstall the addon and restart your game, and if the problem is still there try to disable all other conflicting addons and/or clear your garry's mod cache, hope your problem get resolved :)
