Based on how difficult it is for me to find this item with a Very Rare classification, but also after reviewing the comments below about how powerful this was with a lower rarity...
I would really say this needs an easier way to appear. While Making it a Rare was apparently too powerful as a 0 Coin Symbol, maybe having it as a default -2 would work more? Or keep the Rarity as Very Rare, but instead add something like an Essence or Item that can result in the player getting a Cog Symbol added into their Symbols. Like "After using 5 Buffing Capsules destroy this Essence. When destroyed, add one Cog."

Yeah you're probably right. I put it as rare cause it gives zero coins on its own so it's sort of a dead space. I might make it super rare and make it give two coins or something.

If it's any symbol, it might be worth bumping this thing's rarity up to Very Rare since it would outperform rares such as the Beastmaster.
