@Narikyou have you put this mod at the top of the load order? because if not mods that update models (shogun 2 HD (add/modded helmets to better match unit cards)) or add new factions (46 playable clans) will brake the mod for hero numbers.

@Narikyou it works on my end it increases hero's from 30 to 90 and the rocket guys from 30 to 45 and it disables the special / hero unit cap you either didn't notice the change or you have a different mod conflicting with this one. this also works with LordHendra's mods

sorry bro. is because the generals unit have 15% more units but is not reclutable unit.

generals are still limited in custom battles the name of the mod tells untruth

you have to make sure the mods you are using maybe they are not compatible.

it doesnt work for me when I try to recruit more foreign soldier such as the british.the limit is still 3 unit.same with the ships.

it works in campaign and save game compatible too

yes, ships and elite units are unlimited in FOTS.
