2023 version?

Is there anyway to tweak this formation so i concede less goals? My board is getting annoyed even though im winning constantly and scoring stupid amount of goals haha. Thanks!

Been playing this tactic with Rochdale in League 2 and have just stormed my way to the title by a huge 20+ point margin, reached the quarter finals of the FA Cup (beating Everton and several other clubs higher in the pyramid than me). Now about to start the season in league 1, I've already dumped Norwich out of the Carabao Cup this season.

I genuinely don't know how people in the comments here are failing to win with this tactic. I steam rolled national league using this with some tweaks.

Maybe something is wrong. I used this strategy to get first place in both the British National League and the North and South Leagues, but after entering the second division, my two full-backs started to get red and yellow cards, and even up to eight yellow cards and two red cards in one game, and I was able to reach second place at the beginning of the season, but then I fell to 14th place. Did you change some parameters after the update?

sorry but i dont rate this. ive used it all pre season and and the first 10 prem games and my ST are not scoring goals when last season they got me 50 maybe im doing something wrong

not bad but have to work on defending corners , get too much scored against me its unreal

Yeah, there's definitely something about this setup that the match engine just can't handle.

Second season with Newcastle and I'm absolutely steam-rolling the Premier League and Champions League with very few tweaks required other than specific instructions for high risk opponent players.

I'm finding that my actual goals scored are 3 or 4 times higher than xG with 6/7/8-0 scorelines pretty common place.

The only issue I would raise is that the tactic is very high intensity so if your players have low natural fitness or are injury prone you might struggle to keep them healthy.

So i tested this tactic with several teams and had different results. Please keep in mind i simulated the whole season and did not buy any players.
Only thing i did was to set the individual training for the players.

Ajax Amsterdam (predicted 1st) finished 1st (34p 27w 4d 3L 121-38). Won the Dutch Cup but lost heavely in group Champions League (Rangers, Inter and PSG)

Feyenoord (predicted 3st) finished 2nd (34p 27w 1d 6L 101-39). They lost 3-7 against Ajax in the 1/2 final of the Dutch cup and reached the quarter final of the Conference League
Haller (Ajax) finished first with 32 goals
