This really should be in the base game. Pretty stupid decision to block celibacy because of an almost unavoidable lifestyle trait.

This doesn't seem to work when added mid game, any workarounds to get it going?

Omg thank you. I always use embrace celibacy when i have partition laws to prevent splitting my kingdom. But sometime i turn it off like if my son dies. than i can never turn it on because i also always host feasts. I like to party doesnt mean i like to ♥♥♥♥ everyone at the party
