I found cartographer on the beach near town; if you are looking at the town while standing on the pier next to your ship(one with the npc that saves your game) it should be the beach to your right.

Does anyone know where the cartographer spawns? One other comment from 2021 to the west of the ship on the shore, probably the wrecked ship to the south near the nook in the mountain, but i couldn't find them. Does anyone have better instructions to the npc?

I can confirm that this mod still works in 2024.
I am glad some one did this mod as I was dissapointed when I did not get fast travel after putting down all the flags.

well ... if you have 1 in your inv it means you did not place them all

Anyone else had a problem whit this quest? I put all lanterns in their places, but the task won't finish, it say's i have one left, but I revisited all locations, and all had their own lanter. I also have 1 more in my inventory
