I know it says 40% chance, but it seems like it doesn't do anything. I have both addons installed.

if you don't see them walk with them you didn't read the desrcription there would be 40% chance of the npcs walking with it

I installed all the required mods, but I've never seen an NPC with a briefcase. Doesn't work.

i dont know if im just an ape brain, but i cannot manage to get the npcs to hold briefcases. is there anything else that i need to do that will make the npcs obtain said briefcase?

make the chance of npcs spawn with briefcases go up to 50%

can you make it so we can change the chance that it can spawn with a suitcase?

oh it just doesnt look to fitting but I will try to see if I can find one and if there isnt then I will use that
