In the pf.lua file, you would need to change vol_gear and vol_footstep.

I'm sorry to everyone that was waiting for the cvar, I've as of right now stopped working on any of my older add-ons.
1. I've looked into the car for sound and apparently for what I've seen and heard it's not possible.
2. I've been busy with school and one other project that I'm focusing on.
