Still Working?

Any chance you could add a second job "harvester"? Farm plots beyond 30 seem to bog down NPCs now, no matter what settings you have on them, they leave unharvested crops in the ground and prefer to water or do nothing.

Do those farmers also search for a backpack. ? Since the already existing farmers wont really put away theirs. Or are they gonne be farmer without a backpack?

Im so tired seeing level 5 farmers with 1 archery stand in guard tower and levle 3 famers with 5 shooting wield a bow and plant food.

@RobouteRob I think bob made the side notification less and now only shows very important events.

@RobouteRob no its the game reassigning them back to their previous post or they are new recruits and the script didn't kick in yet. you can't really do anything about it. but when this script triggers they would be reassigned to be farmers

Play from spring to autumn and I still consistently seeing some 4-5 stars farmers at guard/other duty while 1-3 stars farmer planting the seeds.
Did the update broke this mod?

@ivailo365 I'm not sure if there's a way to make it work in the background, I'll check if I got a free time if the new updates have options to do so now.

the problem with the mod is with big settlement a lot of farmers will pop on the pfp on right and will make it distracting in combat. Also it changes the time to 1x every time a new farmer is selected making it annoying when constructing or sleeping.
