I tried removing Ace medical the same way, but for some reason this makes all units invincible.

its because the entire ace medical pbo is removed from this version of Ace Addon. This is for use with Missions with revive systems that conflict with ACE Medical.

So I'm noticing with Ace Modified/No Medical I can't seem to heal people with a first aid kit while playing Antistasi, like I can revive fine, but I can't heal a wounded player.
