My opinion for this is basically the same as it was for Perennial Petals: in a vacuum, nothing too special; it's not a "Gotta have it now." However, considering everyone's trying to make their Smissmas effect northern lights themed, with huge flashy lights, it's a nice contrast to have a basic, heartwarming effect. We need more good mid-tier effects.

I honestly do not like unu effects that are 2D, they just look too flat. That being said Valve will probably add this due to it being so Christmas themed.
