how can a mod not change anything if it essentially adds a script that won't stop working even after deleting the mod, I understand that maybe I'm being stupid, but nevertheless, it seems like it shouldn't be like that

This mod does not change anything at all, and following instructions to remove vanilla catenary will work regardless of what mods you're subscribed (if any), it's an error with part between screen and a chair, not an error with a mod because again, this mod does not change anything.

the mod is just awful, the creaking sound when deleting the contacts city supports cannot be deleted, it is permanent, numerous file deletions and reinstallations, file checks via steam DID NOT HELP
