There is a mod which has both argies and brits, it does not have vehicles though.

how am i only finding this great mod...any plans for Operation banner gear/vehicles such as riot varients of the helmets?

Tiretracker,I done couple of other projects for this mod but decided not to include them (for example FGR-2 which requires HAFM) as it would be too much for one single faction config.Just give it a shot,maybe you like it. (you probably will)
