this mod sucks since its not fully done it crashes the game often. so this so far is one of the best looking armors but the mod it self sucks badly

When I take the mod's axe, if I try to change my weapon, my game crash... It's too bad, the armors and weapons were really cool...

You have to go to "Viking's Rest" on the map and there are three guys you have to fight. FYI, I was a level 50 and even with my follower they damn near killed me multiple times over. Bring potions, bring help, and use your restoration magic if you are level 50 or under. Ranged attacks will protect you from dying. Good news is that you will skill up several times while fighting these guys even if you are level 50. They are hard. Seriously hard. The armor and skill ups are totally worth it though! Just be ready for the battle of a lifetime!

I've just added the mod but I don't deal any damage to them. Every time I hit they just regain full health. Is there something i do wrong?

Is there a way you can share it on Nexus site?, please I wish to just have the mod, I have a special config and when I run Skyrim I do it throught SKSE,so If I open the game by Steam I get the launcher and then all the setting get lost, please just would be really cool to install this mod just through Nexus mod manager

being a follower of ancient viking history and culture i know that the armor is not at all historically accurate to the vikings, but the armor is still ♥♥♥♥♥♥ cool and the weapons could be a bit more well designed (warcaller) but that's my only notable criticism about this mod and its not much of a criticism, so good job makin' them and keep on moddin

After a while of use, the Soul Screamer causes crashes when you try to unequip it.

where is the vikings rest place. i cant find it

thought this mod sounded pretty cool so decided to try it out. i got one shoted as soon as i fast travelled to the location which was a bit wtf? but hey im only level 20 so what can you do? anyways i decided a stealth approach was best but i found out my bow attacks do nothing, i then decided the next best thing was to try and destro spell the ♥♥♥♥ out of them from afar. in short it worked and now my companion is decked out like a boss.

Note: dont know if this was intentional but those pansy vikings are afraid of FIRE!!, they started running away as soon as i started launching fireballs, two of them jumped under the water and ice to be lost forever whereas the remaining warrior took about 20 minutes to kill by keep luring him out and then making him run away when he got too close.

overall this mod was deffinately not what i expected but it is pretty fun anyways.

This mod is really amazing but there are some major let downs.
Now it is nothing to do with the armor its self, but when i have the full armor on and i try to equip something else the game would crash and send me back to my desktop.
it took me quite a while to figure out that this was the mod that was making my game crash, because i had a ton of other mods running.

The Ceremonial Helmets did actually, but the horns made it useless in combat. My guess is that the horns were large enough for a weapon to knock the helmet off the wearer, as the book I found this from did not have pictures of the Ceremonial Helmets, merely the combat ones. Anyways, great mod.

To be honest, it's kind of pointless how there are several different mods, standalone, which you can make your own better looking viking armor, one of them being the Aesir armor mod. It's not bad for this type of mod, but you should really consider originality. Fact of the matter being that no one likes seeing some retexture of things that already exist in the game, and when using textures that are actually in the game to make a good mod, people make their appearance vague as possible. Of course it's hard work making these mods, but no one likes anything half assed.

All of you viking culture experts need to calm your tits. You're playing a game where you fight dragons, so...the whole game is fantasy. I think everyone can handle having fantasy viking armor in a fantasy game :') All that aside, I really like these armors. Great job!

Look, guys. Read the description. "Fantasy Vikings," not "Real Vikings." Fantasy vikings are not supposed to be historically accurate, same as all things in medieval fantasy. So why shouldn't vikings in fantasy be allowed to have horns? You guys are a tad bit too sensitive.

Vikings didn't have hornes (yes i did read the discription but still) you should remove them :)

What I have to say is: Have you ever seen Viking armor? guess not. Vikings do NOT have helmets with horns! They did NOT wear heavy armor! they needed to be quick in battle, they had to be fast to kill an enemy! oh and putting "VIKING" in everything wont make it a Viking thing. and these names you used are I dont know maybe "fantasy" names but not Viking names! Now I go and hope u learn and do better next time!

where is the location for the armor?

For some reason, everytime I get hit by the guy in the wolf armor, the game crashes. Is this a thing?
