could you make them free instead of requiring resources to be built? you cant build them because they miss a road connection

I really like your hedge bushes in this pack. One request, can they be plopable asset decors along with any of your other plants or bushes please also future ones. They are just cosmetics. I play in realistic mode, and can't get heli's or any of the construction offices to build them due to no road connection. I have to go into setting turn off realistic mode to use rubles to build them then go back into settings and return to realistic mode.

In your pictures there are some other types of bushes which don't appear to be part of the mod. The ones in front of the phone booths and the ones behind the kiosk. Can you tell me what mod these are from?
