Was the brightness adjusted? because, for me it's all right. Yes, it's quite bright but not too much. Acceptable for me, i'd say. The only thing i'd suggest is to add some more difficulty (just a little bit) and make the crystals ransparent, like glass.

It is beautiful and love the concept, but can hardly see a thing which doesn't encourage play. Why do so many think such high glare is a good thing?

it's a little washed out and hard to see, so that could do with some tuning. if you adjust the colors and/or lighting so that I can tell the obstacles from the background a little better (just a little change will go a long way) I think this would make a very good world. my eyes wouldn't let me play long enough to test later regions to see if you also created variety per region.
