I have to admin that I never felt what you are espressing as a skin (I usually had the "clip through the ground and fall" dreams), which is why it looks to me just like an unadultured scene of a reindeer passing through magical water amidst the dead of night. A much more dream-like scene, and without your description, I wouldn't have though about it twice.

Now, looking at the art itself: Although this piece is basically monochrome, the ever so vibrant cyan makes it a decent Limited-spec skin, although i like the cyber boye and moon laydy a tad bit more. Nonetheless, it's a great Limited skin!
