I mean if it is already an addon you can just change the view settings and it will appear on the workshop in an instant, just change it from friends only to public. unless it is a file you didn't upload on the workshop

I mean, if there is no rule, and they never state a rule, then I don't think there should be an issue making it public, put it into a perspective, it is illegal to screenshot an NFT, but if you do it, no one is gonna arrest you for it, it's a law that is never stated, so in this pack if there isn't a rule about not porting it to GMod publicly then it isn't really a rule of no one is enforcing it

that's respectable, why are they friends only if I may ask? I don't remember there being restriction rules on porting the models to the workshop, but to each their own.
