I think you should delete all the files from the "addons" folder and it's better to re-download garry's mod since you have a problem with the content that is already in gmod

Hey I downloaded the map and before i say what's wrong, yes, I have the required content, so anyway. I downloaded the map and stuff, most of it is okay but it just looks like this in the main part of the town.
