What is the map code for this? I've inputted 'rp_downtown_titsv2_halloween' and it is struggling to apply the map

I have not taken a peek at this map in a very long time. Try disabling mat_specular through console by typing in "mat_specular 0". I don't recall building any cubemaps for this map.

The sidewalk, roofs, and windows are purple but I own CS:S. Any reason this could be?
