When I load onto the map all I can see is the Cubemap (Black and Pink Boxes) How do I load the green onto the map?

I tried using tha command "mat_specular 0" as @Takahashi said, but nothing happened.

You take a screenshot and then use your favourite photo editing software (Photoshop, Paint.NET) to remove the background.
