I know what bug that is, it's not a map issue.
Go in console and type mat_specular 0 in the parameter.. wait a bit and there you go.

Also I'm adding a new area to the map, expect a update later today.

Is there a way to fix reflections / brightness ? It's kind of bugged for me and I can almost see missing texture on weapon reflections and stuff like that
