I managed to get it working... Turns out the bastard lived after I hacked off all his limbs and carried him halfway across the map somehow and left him naked in a slaver outpost...

Installed before starting my save, Lord Shiro exists, he's dead but after leaving and traveling all the way to The Hook and back, still attacked on sight, wanted and don't own anything here. May be broken?
