You would have to template it off a hotel building from the DLC with hotels.. this one is just templated off a standard low density commercial building. I don't think the Paragon Hotel lets actual rooms anymore.. it's a mcdonalds and a pub.

Hey Robert, great building. love it in my city. one question: i realized that some hotels i downloaded have rooms and some dont. i tried to make some buildings in rico settings to hotels, but they all dont have rooms. do you know how to give a hotel rooms?

Johnson Building had big awnings too, though not quite as boxy haha

I love that you've done an asset with those awnings. The awnings look quite okay on the Paragon, but the really ugly, boxy awnings are so ubiquitus right across Sydney, that this asset captures Sydney, probably like no other. They drive me crazy, but great work, thank you!

Have a friend who used to work there & spent many an evening there after work in the late 2000's. Very detailed. Amazing job.
