Is it active on the server as well?
Not sure how it works if the server runs with "validated mods" or whatever it is called. That setting prevents client side mods unless I completely misremember.

See "Surprise! Alert Sound" for female sounds.
That mod does more than just ghasps tho.

this should be added to vanilla either as an option or as default, the VA shown in the video is pretty good though i dont think it would fit female characters maybe a pitch change can be a easy fix

@sync01 Surprise! Alert Sound has a female version with gasping. Their male version has voice-lines tho which I'm not too much of a fan of. Go check that one out I recommend! :)

For example,It would be even better if we could add a female voice and select it with the mod option.
