I really like this mod, but after 2 hours of going through my mods 1 by 1 to see which mod caused this, I will be removing it. I rely too much on my maps to want this. Commenting here in case anyone else is experiencing the problem and trying to figure out which mod is the cause.

It's probably not a very useful solution, just there to avoid errors.
a) If you mean that a recognized bastard didn't get a trait they should have, then it might be a bug. Please elaborate how it happened (When was it recognized? What trait should it inherit? etc.)
b) If you mean that secret bastards don't get it now, then yeah. That's a Game Rule now, and by default bastards won't get it, but you can change that on game start.
