let me explain what this addon contains (as also stated in the description): It replaces the metrocop radio on and off sound effect, and that is all. It does not add a walkie talkie. It does not add anything for the player to use. It is a modification to NPC dialogue.

I think you're getting confused by "subscribe". That's the install button. I'm assuming its called "subscribe" because it automatically gets updated (if it has an update). Also why are you throwing insults around already? that can just make everything worse and lead to an argument, starting from a simple misunderstanding.
