In fact, giga compatibility has been abandoned because its mechanism is too complex and conceptually incompatible. Therefore, the current mod has been replaced with a loading screen mod

It is too difficult to deal with the complex system from Giga, but I will try...

If this is indeed what's happening it could explain why its so dam inefficient that most relevant resources tank when i enable the mod on the planet.
While this mod works well with vanilla districts, It goofs pretty hard on modded ones that add more then 1 or 2 jobs.
The birch world combines all of the resources into one district, Meaning anything other then micro management of jobs is terribly wasteful. PR is effectively nerfing the hell out of each pop it converts into manpower since it evenly distributes that Power amongs't a bunch of unnecessary jobs and gives each job a fraction of there effect.
What would be a better solution however, Would be to add effective manpower priority for modded districts. In no Game ever will you want to prioritize food over any other resource, It should be weighted to favor The more effective jobs at a ratio of like 70/30 or maybe 60/40. That way Its not completely unnviable to use PR.
I could just be misunderstanding how this mod works tho.
These are vanilla job which has been integrated in manpower.
This are district based jobs, Building jobs are working fine.
