Ngl this is a fun mod, but the wave spawns in particular seem to be VERY demanding on even a modern CPU

Works, but one of the encounters (The one that spawns a wave of hostile human engineer NPCs) seems broken or conflicting somehow. These particular NPCs fire weapons at me and I get screen shake, but no damage taken from their guns. The robots work fine.

This works, you guys just have too many conflicting mods, or mods that clogg up spawn chances.

@Church if you go into the MES config files the one calle "creatures" have a small section called "wavespawner" you can set there how long it takes to spawn them

Had to uninstall the mod. With a group of 5 people the spawns were out of control and attacks happened every few seconds. Love the premise but its too much for Survival

Any solution to dropping spawn rate? I play with a group and it spawns accordingly so there's an NPC running up to the base every 30 or so seconds

is there any way to tone down the spawns? after getting a cargo>basic refinery>cargo>basic assembler and a battery, survival kit and 2 solar panels they spawn almost non stop. i don't even have ship im just using the weapons they drop and my grinder to slowly kill them, but they spawn dozes at a time faster than i kill.

For anyone else having this issue, turns out if a creature's faction is somehow disabled, like the spiders and SPID, it will fail to spawn the zombies.

For testing, I switched the zombies from SPID to SPRT and the SPRT_night troopers from SPRT to SPID, fixed my issue and I was able to spawn zombies on modded planets.

I'm not entirely sure whats going on behind the scenes but it fixed my issue, i did have to make a private mod for it however as MES forces spiders to be disabled.

It is entirely possible this is just an issue with my mod setup.

Hi, first I love your work and thank you for creating this amazing mod :)

Second, I have found that this mod conflicts with Victims of Clang by adding a zombie def that seems to override the other mod. I was wondering if there was any way to resolve it?

My theory is based on the fact removing this mod fixes the other one, I also edited a private copy of your mod to remove the zombie and ghost, removing them from the SpawnDef file resolved the issue entirely and the spawns from VoC worked again.

Ditto. This crash is affecting my dedicated server too. As soon as something happens like the Raider Drop Pods coming down, the server will crash with the

"Exception occurred: System.NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object.
at AiEnabled.Bots.BotBase.FindPathCallBack(WorkData workData)" etc error (same as what tlupe posted)

Removing this mod stopped the crashes

Hey, have the same issue like @tlupe. In the "SpawnConditions.sbc" in "Data" Folder in line 20 seems to miss a "]". Maybe this will fix the error?

I put this on an existing save with a base and vehicles on the Planet Agaris and waited half an hour and havent seen anything spawn, this is also the case for all of the other AI Enabled addons except Crew enabled. Pls Help

Either this mod or the complementary mod with creatures, introduces enormous lag via trash cleanup every time there is a spawn event and certain bots are summoned. Spiders, no lag. Armed soldier bots, some lag. The balance seems to cause minutes of lag, 3-7 minutes of TC running freezes the game until it runs its course. My experience.

I really liked this mod, but for some reason, if I enable this mod it break scarce resources mod. Anyone knows a way to have both working?

Love the concept and having the ground forces attacking early game but they become a non-factor very quickly if you get a couple turrets up. Also soooo many of them seem to spawn in voxel and fall into the center of the planet and I'm constantly cleaning up my server of bots floating in nothingness just causing lag.

I'm having a lot of trouble getting my head around the config for this. I wish it looked liked crew enabled only the groups are for nomads, soldiers, grinders, etc. and then in addition to telling it what models I want to use within each group there can be a true/false for whether that variety spawns.

i have an issue where the ai will be shooting me with no weapon visibly out, so its like im getting shot out of nowhere with no gun sounds just walking Ai flailing their arms

Does this come with settings? Would be really neat to be able to control what type of NPCs spawn where and how many. I don't want to be constantly overrun.

The Health for the bots is pretty sucky. The bots can easily tank an entire mag (doesn't help that the hitboxes suck and the weapon recoil is also trash), whilst I can only take 4 shots max.

Doesn't work for me. With all the necessary mods installed my world is completely void of any NPCs at all whether they be humanoid, custom or the vanilla creatures. Only NPCs I can get are the randomly generated ones that spawn from the spawner provided by AI Enabled but the naturally spawning vanilla spiders or wolves are completely missing and any custom NPCs that are supposed to spawn naturally in the world are also missing as well. A total bummer really, I have no idea why it isn't working as I'm pretty sure I did it all correctly.

Lmao, those default settings are totally busted. 20+ man raid with at least 5 rocket launchers on night one. Don't forget to turn the NPC limit down as soon as you start a game.

I noticed that if I have this MOD loaded and the Ai spawns it disables the Lava damage from another MOD. Does anyone know where that function is called out for multiplayer damage or a global setting. Sorry I know this is not 100% related to this mod, thanks.

Hello, is it possible to upload the mod and the dependency to mod io, currently it is not possible (more than a week) that steam mods can be used at nitrado and others or the server does not allow a download. greetings and thanks

I think they are too strong for the start/new world. Maybe add somehting like: "if base is over X CPU, send waves" (more CPU, more NPCs)

Also, this mod crash my game often ... the log say:

[T1] [DS=False] WARNING | GridBase.TeleportNearby: Unable to find placement for bot

my base is "at" a cliff (on the wall and on the ground)
